From the Tri-State Tollway I-294, proceed to the East-West Tollway I-88. Drive west to Highland Avenue and turn south.

From suburbs west of Downers Grove, take I-88 east to Highland Avenue and turn south.

Other routes to the hospital include: Butterfield Road to Highland Avenue, south; Roosevelt Road to Highland Avenue, south; and Ogden Avenue to Highland Avenue, north. Highland Avenue is 2-1/2 miles east of the North-South Tollway I-355 and 2-1/2 miles west of Route 83.
