Good Samaritan Cancer Care Center is a free-standing building on the hospital's campus at 3815 Highland Avenue in Downers Grove, a western suburb of Chicago. The Center's construction was completed in May of 2002.

•  A Siemens Primus linear accelerator: Dual energy accelerator with asymmetric and multi-leaf collimators.

•  IMPAC patient management / information system with electronic charting
  
•  Guidant Galileo intravascular brachytherapy system

Treatment planning equipment includes:

•  Simulator: GE Hi-Speed Advantage CT scanner CMS FOCUS 3-dimensional treatment planning system with IMRT

Special treatment programs:

•  Intensity modulated radiation therapy
  
•  Samarium-153 radioisotope injections
  
•  Pediatric radiation therapy
  
•  Strontium-89 radioisotope injections
  
•  Coronary artery intravascular brachytherapy
  
•  Prostate seed implant program using I-125 or Pd-103
  
•  Low-dose-rate brachytherapy for gynecologic malignancies
•  Tomotherapy
